Why we started this

For ten years we've worked in project delivery — fibre infrastructure, across the UK and South Africa. Programmes, subcontractors, quality checks, monthly client reports. The kind of work that only goes right if somebody stays on top of the detail every week, without being asked.

Then we started looking at how small firms get sold marketing. Big promises, a monthly fee, everything offered at once, and nobody actually maintaining anything. Profiles set up once and left to go stale. Reviews never asked for. Reports full of charts that answer no question anybody had.

That isn't a creative problem. It's a delivery problem — and delivery is the thing we already know how to do. So we built Ludixx to run marketing the way we'd run a programme: start with the foundations, prove each stage works, then build on it. Right now that means your Google profile kept accurate, current and reviewed.

How we work

• We answer the phone. Evenings included — that's when you're not on a job.
• One report a month. Plain English, real numbers, including the ones that didn't move.
• We sequence it. Foundations first, then build. We'll tell you when you're ready for the next step, not before.
• We don't promise leads. Nobody honest does. We promise the work gets done.
• You own your profile. If you leave, it stays yours. We just look after it.
